The faucet for bathroom "hot tub " is leaky and I can seem to stop it. The faucet is a flat rectangle shaped with dimesion of 4 by 8 inches. The handles are behind the faucet are hand closed to the max.

I have no idea how to open this faucet.

I would appreciate any help.

To whom it may concern, I do not know about the other plumbers on this list but sometimes it does help if someone would give me a hint like possibly a name brand of the faucet

Not all faucets are the same and there is not one stem fits all

By the way if your losing so much water I would hate to see your water bill if your on a meter and if it is hot water then it it a double whammy.... SOMETIMES it does pay to contact a local licensed /insured plumber

It is a Jacuzzi brand whirlpool tub. It is about 16 years old. It looks like the faucet came witht he tub.

I shut the water off to the tub, there is a small panel it the closet next to the tub for access.

Thanks

Contact the company (possibly on line) and ask for OEM replacement parts
