I have a home that is less than 2 years old and have a problem with a hot water faucet in my master bath. I can't turn the hot water on my the right side sink even 1/2 way before the water pressure drops to almost dripping. It makes a slight noise when it does this like you would turn it off fast manually . The cold water I can turn on all the way and it will get to full pressure. Same on the cold AND hot water on the other faucet. The hot water on the right side will not turn on to full pressure no mater how slow I turn it on . Any ideas ?

Thanks ~

Tony.

Could be sediment or a washer blocking the faucet orifice on the H/W side.

How do I check and see what it is ? Sounds likely because it's the only faucet I'm having trouble with. Should I take the faucet apart after turning the water off or what ?
