At sodder joints there is a greenish, and sometimes sticky discoloration on the joints.

There is also some yellowish brown powder like build-up on some joints.

The house is less than 5 years old.

What is the cause and should this be addressed immediately?

There is apparently some kind of reaction occuring at the joint sights.

Please, if you know what it is that I have described, advise on how to correct.
