I recently purchased a house. It appears the back of the house has been extended out appx. 3 feet. As a result, the upstairs Master baths' toilet drain is now running through my Kitchen (hidden by a drywall island support structure). I was wondering, is there any way to re-run the toilet drain and vent stack so it does not run through the Kitchen. I would like to run it through an interior wall. I would also like to replace it with PVC. Instead of Iron. I have had 4 Contractors out to look at it. 3 of the 4 said the toilet will not work properly if the pipe was moved. The project would be appx. 18" drop from toilet going into an elbow then a span of appx. 5' going into another elbow then a span running straight into the basement.
