I'm trying to remove the old bathtub drain but it so tight. What is the easy way to remove the bathtub drain?

I normally use a reciprocating saw BUT does require a lot of skill and practice so as not to destroy the tub outlet.
Once it is proper cut in two places it can be chiseled out
