We replaced the shower cartridges due to leaking. A month later; leaking again. Replaced washers and 'O' rings. Now a month later, again leaking (only cold). Decided it must be the seat itself. Here's the problem. We can't seem to find the right seat. Ace Hardware can't order it. What now? Our water bill is so high, please help.

Finally they decided to call my office and I explained I could repair their existing shower body but considering they did have young children and an elderly grand mother living with them now was the perfect time to install a pressure and or temperature balance shower body such as a Delta Monitor or Moen where parts are readily available in case of a future problem.
