We have been having heavy rain every week for over a month, and then prior to that sporadically, but at least two times per week. My husband pointed out to me that we have black mold growing on the sheetock above the masonry in our garage, and the masonry looks damp but it's hard to tell. Do I need a plumber or some other type of service to take a look at this and see if we need an insurance claim or a home warranty claim? I would appreicate being pointed in the right direction!
