My home is about 6 years old. For a good while now, one of the toilets has begun to have what looks like mildew growing under the flooring. It was on one side for a while and now is on the other side. And there has always been a strange line of rust that develops on the backside, even if I wash it away, it reappears. There also appears a strange looking crusty stuff on the bolts. I've got images, and was wondering if anyone could give me a diagnosis, and plan of action. Thanks
