My house was replumbed in 1994 with qest grey pipe (polywater buteliene)

Later found to be faulty . It was made by I believe Exxon and later withdrawn.They set aside money in a class suit to replumb. Do you know if there is any of this money left and who I contact...

Another "State of the art failure"

Got to love the the way contractors love the get in get out approach to plumbing and heating.

After all copper tubing only has a 5,000 year track record with no toxins entering the water supply.
