Ok I live in an apartment and recently the maintainance men came and "repaired" my kitchen faucet so that it wouldn't drip. Upon leaving I noticed that the cold water (which they pay for) now has a reduced flow or pressure the hot is as it was. I questioned them regarding the change and I was told that i must just have low water pressure. RIGHT! I flow is so reduced i cant rinse out the sink or fill a pot in under 30 seconds. Does anyone have any idea what they installed to cause this. I took the fixture apart and switched the pieces from the hot and cold (the inside of the handles)no change.

Possibly they did not flush the lines prior to making repairs and a bib screw of part of the old washer is blocking the supply line
