I have a 50 gallon hot water heater that now has 4500 watt elements, I have been considering cahnging these to 3500 watt. Would I come out by doing this on my electric bill?

the elements that were designed to be used with your tank are the right size.the only difference you will notice will be the tank taking longer to heat the water.
