Here is the problem, when I flush my vacuum assist toilet the water level in the bowl doesn't go down. This is a problem because any toilet paper or waste floating at the top of the bowl never seems to make it down the pipes. I have already replaced all of the hardware inside of the tank which did help with the issue I was having with the flapper not staying up but not with my current problem. It is as if there is not enough suction created when I flush to lower the level in the bowl and complete a full flush.

I fixed the problem y replacing a gasket that failed between the tank and bowl. Now the vacuum unit is air tight and the toilet flushes properly.
