Shower in basement now. Drain in middle of shower floor. Can I put bathtub in same place without breaking up concrete floor. Can I raise bathtub up and run drain from tub drain to shower drain that is already there.

Yes the waste line for a shower is normally 2" diameter and a tub waste is 11/2"
The other factors are the roughing measurements and how you are going to make a water and gas tight connection
