Where can I buy a replacement bathtub faucet that has an insertion hole for an external shower pipe?

The faucet looks like the old standard that you would find in a hotel, except there is a hole on the top near the wall where a pipe connects from it to the shower head. The pipe is outside the wall, instead of inside. We really don't want to have to bust through the wall to move the pipe internally.
