Since my lower drain plug is plugged on my electric water heater, I was told to shut off the electric and cold water supply and open up a hot water faucet, then blow compressed air to the lower valve. After I do that they said to close the hot water faucet turn on the cold water supply and that might loosen up the crud at the bottom of the drain valve.
does that sound good to you ??????
