Leaky outdoor frost free faucet

Water from house is on...no leak. Leak occurs inside the wall and leaks inside the house when the outdoor faucet is turned on. How can I fix?

Seems someone forgot to disconnect a garden hose thus the frost proof faucet froze

Time to shut off the water supply to this outdoor faucet and replace it
