I am adding a kitchen to my basement and I'm not sure how to drain the new sink properly. I have access to the waste line from the existing sink on the upper level where I want to install the new sink. How can I use this existing waste line to drain the new sink and have it vented properly?

The vent must be above the flood level of the fixture and using an AAV is possibly the worst type of garbage on the market.
