I am looking to buy this home.

Everything is great with this home however it is a foreclosure home and in as is condition.

Two bathrooms were in process of being remodeled and are right now incomplete.

Please see the pictures of the bathrooms.

Can someone advise how much I am looking at approximately to fix this?

Thank you,

Oh my I think I would use an out house then try to use these fixtures... I wonder who approved the plans and who did the installation of these fixtures and licensed plumber inspected the work?

Dont you think the toilet is a tad to close to the tub and what about any type of main stoppage where the soil (sewerage) backs into the tub now a very Model code installation huh?

It is far better to have a gun and never need it THEN need a gun and not have one

when it comes to bathrooms and kitchens there is one tool you should always have that is the master extractor it is bar none the best tool I ever bought it not only removes the drains to the tub and sinks but is a internal wrench for pipe nipples I know it seems like a lot however it takes the place of over 5 different tools and never brakes as for how much the cost for your bathroom that could run from 1200 to several thousand depending on what you want to how much you are going to do your self but here is something you may have never known on a clogged drain next time use nair in the foam can it clears the drain ever time
