Hello

I find a lot of these issues on the forum similar to mine. I have a Kenmore washer 80 series Heavy duty, Ultra fabric Care 1. Model number 110.92584100. She is an old one. When we bought the house she came with it, she is atleast 10yrs old. So this is the problem....When we turn it on it fills with water but it doesn't stop no matter what setting it is one. The control knob doesn't advance at all. If we move it alittle further into the filling stage there is no agitating. It will drain and spin if we move the knob forward. I have read the lid switch but I don't think that is the problem. Could it be the timer? or some part of the motor? I can't live without a washer please help!! thanks
