Help, please. My 17 year old kid was hired by a local business. First day on the job, this manager took him up to an empty loft space & told him to tear down the ceiling tiles & drywall for a remodel project. Nothing but a surgical mask over his mouth & nose. The tiles were old. Building over 100 years old. This was not what he was hired for. No training. When my son asked, is there absestos in here, the manager laughed but did not answer. What do I do? how do I find out? Is my kid in danger after 1 8-hour day?
