I am thinking about buying a modular or manufactured home and will be building it in the North Georgia area. Most likely, around the Dawsonville/Dahlonega GA area. I was wondering what are some the best companies to buy from? There is a ton of prefabricated home builders out there and I have heard that a lot of them do shotty work. My budget for a prefab home is around $80,000. I would like to hear from some people that have actually used one of these companies and not just builders. Thanks for the advice!
