We have hired a contractor to complete the reconstruction of our home. One of the issues we are having with him, is the paint coverage on the walls.

Attached is the image of the problem we are having.

How do we address this issue in an educated fashion with our contractor?

right in the middle from the top and bottom. Could it be a texture issue or some type of work that is under the paint causing a matte finish versus a glossier finish above and below.
