I am trying to find out how to remove blue ball point ink from an oak veneer table. I have tried mayo and baking soda. Any suggestions?

I would try fingernail polish removal. Apply the polish removal on a cotton ball. Start on a small test strip or inconspisious area to see if it effective. There's also a product called "Goo Off" that might work.

Happy Removing,

Try some rubbing alcohol with a rag. Nail polish is an Acetate and will destroy the finish on the veneer (assuming it has some).
