Has anyone ever taken out a fireplace in their mobile home? we are thinking of taking ours out (its a wood burning) and replacing it with a more compact - ventless - gel fireplace. There seem to be so many advantages to these new models. The current fireplace sticks out too far because it has to be 3 ft from the exterior walls. Any ideas would be great!
