Hi,
I am looking for ceramic tiles/granitie/marble. I went to Home depo and found nothing exciting. What is the best place to shop at affordable prices. Will there be factory outlets where we can buy at little less price? I live in NJ. Does tile is noticebly cheaper in any neighboring states states like PA/NY/MD/DE? Any ideas?

As for marble and granite; call a local granite installer. After installing a job, they often have pieces left over and are willing to sell them at a discounted rate. If they have something you like, in the size you need, you're in luck.
As for tile, try a local tile store. The chain stores usually have one location where they discount left over or discontinued tile.
