We are planning to replace all carpeting on our ground floor with wood. House is 4 years old - most of the carpet is in almost new condition. Family room section is a little more worn than rest- but a steam vacuuming should bring it right condition.

Approximately 1250 sq ft available by early-mid May 2005.
