I did not need any - I ended up not doing that project as I had originally planned, but some architectural salvage places could have them. I also received a message that Home Depot sells a good copy...

If you're still looking, we have an old, discontinued Florida Tile that is a pinkish color. It's called Shell #581 from the Potters Touch series and has a wavy surface. (Called undulated.)
