I am in Atlanta area. My husband says we paid around $75/box when we bought it. The 2 boxes have never been opened and there is one piece left over from another box and is in good condition. If we had one more box would keep it and do hallway. Would be willing to take $40/box plus shipping cost (have no idea what that would be) (no charge for the extra piece).
One box weighs 32 lbs. I did the calculation on UPS and ground delivery came to about $34. You can do the calculation and see if you come up with that too. Also, I had not mentioned that the Pergo has the backer attached to it, i.e., you don't have to lay down a pad before installing.
I have one unopened case (5) planks plus (4) loose planks. This is item
