We just moved into a house with 1950's youngstown kitchen cabinets that we are going to be remodeling. I have the following cabinets available:(3) two-door upper cabinets,(2) two-door smaller above sink/stove cabinets, (1) one door upper cabinet, (2) lower two-door cabinets,(1) sink base with youngstown indian medallion (1) set of 4-drawers, (1) one-drawer-one door lower cabinet. These cabinets have been painted. I think the original color is the 50's t-bird color. They all have the original boomerang shaped handles, although they have been painted as well. I don't think it would take much to restore them to their original finish. Over all, the cabinets are in excellent shape with the exception of a dented shelf in one of the lower cabinets and some minor rust on the inside of the sink base. I am only interested in selling all of the pieces together, as they are still installed in my kitchen. If interested I can send you more information and pictures. Amy2072@insightbb.com

Saw your post. Perhaps this is of interest to you.

I am renovating a 1960 kitchen that has a complete set of Youngstown Tappan metal cabinets, with a Tappan electric cooktop and wall oven. Cabinets are a coppery brown color and mostly in good shape. Sink base even has the nameplate.

Counter has chrome edge and white metal backsplash.

If you are interested or know of someone who might be, please advise ASAP.
