I am renovating a 1960 kitchen that has a complete set of Youngstown Tappan metal cabinets, with a Tappan electric cooktop and wall oven. Cabinets are a coppery brown color and mostly in good shape. Sink base even has the nameplate.

Counter has chrome edge and white metal backsplash.

Anyone know if there is any collector interest or market in such items? Perhaps I should fill the recycling bin.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sir,

Do you still need to get rid of those metal cabinets? I am doing a remodel of a loft/warehouse where the cabinets would be very appropriate.

Where are they located and what would you want for them?

Thanks,
