Are these cabinets wood or steel? How many base and how many wall cabinets and what are their width dimensions. Where are you located.

They are steel. I listed the dimensions for the top cabinets in my first note. The dimensions for the 4 lower cabinets are :

2 (under sink) 24 x 17 (L X W)

2 (adjacted to)24 x 17 7/8

The two drawers measure:

6 x 17 7/8
