I recently moved into an old home with steam heat. The oil burner seems to go on and off constantly and I go through a lot of oil. I put new windows in and the house is relatively tight. Is there anything I can do or do I need a pro to check the efficiency of the system. The oil burner and boiler are top of the line and only about 15 yrs old. Thanks Joe
