I HAVE AN OLD BURNHAM BOILER, WHICH IS PRODUCING AN ORANGE FLAME THIS YEAR. I AM ABOUT TO REPLACE THE PRESSURE REGULATOR, BUT DO I NEED TO ADJUST THE VANES AS WELL TO GET MY HOT, BLUE FLAME BACK?

An orange flame denotes an improper air/fuel mixture and will have to be adjusted once you replace your regulator, otherwise you are wasting fuel.
