I have a York Boiler (oil) with a tankless hot water system. The hot water pressure drops off dramatically as you turn a shower knob past cold to hot. Also the hot water does not seem so hot even though the mixing valve is full over to as hot as possible. Could there be buildup in the pipe? Any ideas?
