Everything. Oil furnance. Hot water heater.
Plumbing. Water softener. Gas stove. Basically, I'm trying to find one resource that lists what needs to be done to shut down a house.

Maintain about 45- 55* temps and no water should freeze. Turn the water tank to Vacation. Have the furnace checked to be sure it's running properly.
