Re-pressurize Hot Water Heat

I have a 3 zone forced HW heating system. I want to change a register location in one of the zones. How do I re-pressurize the system? Do I do this hot or cold? I have some sort of air trap above the furnace. There are no bleed valves anywhere in the zone loops. I'm assuming that the air trap will remove any air.

The boiler has to be drained completly, and when job is complete the boiler needs to be refilled and all air will need to be removed.The air scoope will not remove large areas of air. There should be Perge and Ballance valves to accomplish this if their are no manual vents on the baseboard itself.
