We had a fireplace and put in a ventless system. It ended up making the whole house black causing thousands of dollars of damage. I loved the warmth of it and want to try it again. We had a Comfort Glow system. Do you have any suggestions of what went wrong and a brand that is SAFE to use.
Thank you

Our fireplace is a real one that was converted. Is that safe to do. Can you use vented gas logs in these.

Ventless fireplace might be ok in an old drafty house. The manufacturer recommends that you leave a window open. You would still need a CO detector.

I would think after your first experience, you would not risk it again.

Recently i bought a ventless fireplace from a popular onlive market place. Its been awesome, because ventless fireplace produce superior performance of creating warm. A ventless gas fireplace is a free standing appliance that supplies heat to home. Yes, they are heaters, but they are also works of art that add beauty, and warmth to my home very smartly.

A ventless fireplace can keep warm and cozy. Anyone can stare at the flickering flames as they dance and enjoy the peaceful feeling that comes with true relaxation.

Ventless fireplaces do as much to warm my inner soul as they do to heat your room. They also do not require electricity so they heat my room without adding to your light bill. That is enough to make most people take a second look at the appliances.

There are a lot of different brands, colors, sizes, and styles of gas vent free fireplaces. I have compiled a list of some of the most popular models to help you decide if one of these items might fit just perfectly in your living room this winter.
