Need some advice concerning a Comfortmaker Furnace Serial #GNI080A012CIN. For the past three years it has been giving some intermittent problems. It will start to cycle. The flame will ignite, but then when the blowers are supposed to kick on, they don't. It will try to cycle over and over again until it either has luck or until I just simply turn off the thermostat. Usually once I turn off the thermostat and then manual turn the fan on and then off...and then turn the thermostat back starts to work ok until the incident happens again. The repair group that I have been using has been battling to find the solution to this. They have cleaned the flame sensor every time. They have also replaced the control board, pressure switch, and the hot surface ignitor. The control board was replaced two years ago. As a last resort they re-replaced it again last week. But the problems continues....Any suggestions?
Thank you!
