I am considering installing radiant floor heat and a boiler in my home in NY. Is it good enough to use as a sole heat source? Is it energy efficient? I have all cathedral ceilings and hear that it doesn't work well with high ceilings. I would mount it under the floor from the basement as this is not a new build. What are thoughts from those who have it?

i hear radiant heating is the best, I do have some reservations about having water running all the time is there any condensation? I also heard that you must keep the water flowing constantly to avoid this. Is this sytem a pain?
