Bathroom has working radiant ceiling heat but the popcorn ceiling finish is falling off - how can I fix without hurting the heat. What materials. Seems like the popcorn ceiling should come down (since it's cracking all over and falling anyway) but what I see from where it has fallen down from is like a light brown paper.

I have a Everwarm radiant heat system in the ceiling of my home and while installing an air conditioning duck, one of the wires in the grid was cut. Can this be repaired or spliced to make the loop and is there a repair kit available?

That is really an electrical problem.

And I really don't know the answer.

It is not commonly used today so it might be hard finding someone familar with it.

But start calling electricans. Find one that has worked on them in the past.

People that are not familar with them are likely to just say that they can't be fixed.
