Just wondering if any of you happened to see Marilyn Vos Savant's column in Parade magazine last Sunday. She 'answered' a reader's question about why one can't just put a window A/C in the middle of the room and have it be effective. (Of course this won't work, and we all know why!)

Sure looks a lot to me like a question that was asked of all of us a few weeks ago! Anyone else happen to note the coincidence? (I also find it somewhat odd that the original post seems to have vanished from this forum).

I've always enjoyed her column (for the most part); after all, she has 'the highest IQ in the world' and all....but somehow, I feel strangely "used"...

Ahhh well, probably was just coincidence after all.
