1. I have oak kitchen cabinates which have dark color stain & coated with polyurethene. I will like to paint over them. Is there is a way I can do this without going through the stripping process?

2. I also have molding with same dark color stain but no poly. Can I paint this molding without stripping.

Are there are any products available related to this?

Thank you for your feedback.

You need to degloss the surface and etch it up for proper adhesion. Either sand it and apply primer (oil sealing) and paint or use a deglosser. Ask your local paint store of specific products in your area
