I just changed the pressure reducing valve and after turning on the water supply the expansion tank immediately began venting water. The water press rose to 35 and temp 180 before cycling off. The tank is no longer leaking but after 3 cycles the press and temp are still 35 and 180. The safety relief valve is dripping. I think it is set at 30. Thoughts please.
