I just had a ***** tech examine my system and he states the unit very rapidly freezes up after activation.

He said it was probably a combination of a collapsed vent and dirty coil.

I looked at all the vents under the home (it is a 24' x 44' mobile home) and can detect no vent problem.

A neighbor told me there is a chemical I can use to clean the coil. The unit was recently subjected to a power wash. I am wondering if leaves and dirt could have clogged something in the unit itself.

Any ideas?
