While the AC split system was running the heating element cam on and can't be shut off with out turning off the currcuit breaker.

Does the whole heating unit need to be replaced or is there just something that shorted out and can be replaced.

At AC portion of the system still works fine.

I have the same model, with almost the same problem. My heater coil will cycle on and then off (without the blower coming on) everyfew minutes all day. Have turned off the heat, but it continues to do it. Have you found any solutions?

thanks

My heater is generating heat, but it's not getting circulated through the house. The blower sounds like it's going to start, but then it stops.

I opened the unit to observe. The blower/fan is definitely not moving. It just makes that tell-tale click & hum, but it never turns on.

Any idea what it could be? Should I replace the blower or could it be something else?

Thanks.
