These are taking root all along my creek, and they soak up a lot of the water. I have tried chopping them down and spraying them. But they seem to just keep coming up everywhere. Somebody suggested I might need to hire a backhoe to come in and uproot them all -- yikes! that's a lot of expense. Any ideas?
