I am a first time home owner working my way through some projects.

I need to heat a 400 sq foot space in order to maintain 55 F ??? (The lowest temperature in this area is 45F ) - Safety is key for me.

I have a semi - finished basement. The finished part has baseboard heat - the unfinished part has nothing and sometimes drops below 50 F - but never below 45 F.

I have some computer equipment in the unfinshed sapce that needs to have temperatures above 50 F in order to operate.
