I am wondering what is the cutoff in purchasing a super efficient furnace and AC unit,when cost will not be worth the energy savings return.In other words the sear factor,or furnace efficiency.Is 13 sear the cutoff for AC and is 14 not worth the extra cost?Is 80 percent efficient a good purchase or is it worth the $$ return on 90 percent as an example.thanks for any input
