I have a carrier furnace and the pilot light will not stay lit. any suggestions

If it's an older Carrier furnace you may just need a new thermocouple. If it's a newer model, that is a whole different story. It will have spark ignition or a hot surface ignitor. Need more info.

It ended up being the gas valve thanks again for your reply
