Sorry about that. Its a used tankless electric 2.5 gpm. I want to install it into my cabin up north It says Jc1 on the box pretty sure it is a canadian company that went out of buisness. (used less than 4 months)

Yes it is. im just wondering if i can put a heat exchanger around the hot to heat the realy cold water so there is not as big of difrence in unheated to heated thank you

There is a heat exchanger that can be installed in a drain line to help recapture some of the heat from shower water.

But for other uses you won't have enough warm water to do any good.
